Mistakes happen, what’s important is how its fixed

Although we were originally assigned to a room that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests, they handled it well. We went back to the front desk to explain that the beds weren’t made, there were towels on the floor, and the old keys were on the table. They resolved the problem immediately, gave us a bigger room, located on the floor of our choice. The employee was extremely apologetic. The hotel was very quiet, and the beds are super comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also very good, and the employee working at the breakfast area was extremely attentive.

Front desk staff was very helpful & friendly! Our first morning (Tuesday) we barely made it to breakfast but the very nice lady working filled up the pancake maker just enough for my husband to make 2! Awesome service !

Ronnie and the staff did an amazing job of making us feel welcome! We are from Orlando and used to really great customer service. This hotel exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was clean and very comfortable! A great sized room with full sized Dove shower products, lotions and soaps. We will be back!
