Elevator was out which made navigating the hotel more cumbersome. We decided to take the stairs each time as the one remaining elevator is slow and old. The pool was lack luster, very cold and less than 3 ft. Very small. The hot tub was a nice treat but it looked like it hasnt been cleaned in 3 years. Breakfast was a joke. Dont pay full peice for it. The bar and restaurant is closed which really wouldve improved the experience. The river view room wasnt too bad. House cleaning forgot to clean under the bed.

The staff was pleasant and the hotel seemed clean. However, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the elevator and on my floor. There were people just sitting outside of the elevator on my floor eating snacks and stinking. It was so bad that the smell made it under my door woke me up throughout the night.

I did not have breakfast on property. The hot tub was broken but was only notified at check in, that was a bummer. I was unable to get water warm enough to take a shower on Sunday around ten am, I’ve never experienced that at a hotel before. I was able to shower without issue the day before. Room was warm and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect for visiting friends in the area.

Hot tub broken. Never notified of that when booking. Get to hotel and pool was closed for the night as well. Got up at 5 am and my coffee machine broke. No spare one to give me apparently. Was told would have coffee in lobby around 6 am. As of 6:30 am still no coffee. I will never stay here again. I want some sort of a refund.

I enjoy my stay at the Holiday Inn, but there was an inconvenience that I found, which was that there was only a microwave which was in the foyer

People were great, room was nice but needed work, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was NOT FREE. When going to get bf at 9:30 on our last day there, we were told we were too late. We bought tickets for breakfast but could not use them. I guess we learned. Other than that, we lined this hotel and its location.

Paid for breakfast for both mornings. I should have asked about breakfast hours upon check in. Did not see any signs, was not told hours. Saw on breakfast voucher that breakfast was in hotel restaurant so assumed it would run later. Went down for breakfast at 10am and was told that breakfast ended at 9am. Did go down for second morning buffet breakfast. Food was ok. Many of the offerings were empty when we came (an hour before breakfast ended) Offerings were eventually refilled. .
