Definitely “overrated”! Expectation shattered! Very expensive! Facility is old and worn and could use updating. Location will be nice very soon following construction. Close to the River Walk which is nice weather permitting.

We love this hotel for its location. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are pricey, so it was a surprise to find bottles of water for purchase in our room rather than complimentary. I have stayed at lesser hotels that offer free bottles of water in the room.

Loved this hotel in the Third Ward of Milwaukee. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed complimentary happy hour before walking around the area. Finished the evening at the rooftop bar.

There is construction around the building. I was on the 7th floor and before 7am was awoken to loud construction that did not cease until I checked out around 11am. Plan was to sleep in due to a late evening today for a concert.

The service was quick and professional. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and lounge area in which we had excellent service. The bed was extra comfortable. The location is walkable to dining, shopping and Summerfest area. We felt safe even walking at night after a concert.

Overall, was good. Little pricey for the room without a view, and no full length mirror and room was very dark. Staff at check in was great, valet was okay, two people, but one parked our vehicle and took the keys so had to wait a while to leave and had a flight to catch. Rooftop is very nice, cocktails were great.
