I asked three different people to make up our room and they passed it on to other staff. I was not concerned because there were three crews working on my floor. When I returned to my room after five p.m. it had not been done. I called the front desk ( which was NOT provided anywhere in the room, I had to ask a staff member the number) the front dest told me it was too late. I requested fresh towels which a young man brought to the room in a garbage bag. He didn't speak to me because he was texting and did even look up from his phone. RUDE

Such a great place, environment is very vibrant and rooms are amazing. They are fast and friendly and are always ready to help out. Has amazing views and a very comfortable overall experience. I highly recommend it the casino is a plus

Meh, its easy to find better.

Cleanliness was lacking in the room. Someone peed in the elevator by 10 p.m. Played bingo, missing food in the bingo hall no one cared about, so lost more money. Went to the food places after and those people were the worst to deal with, didnt care about anything. 45 mins for a 10" pizza and not many orders. Customer service overall was unbelievable. Front desk was decent and helpful but beyond that, fail.

I love the casino and the room. Both were very clean. The sportsbook shuttle ti the games is very unorganized. The master switch in my room would go on by itself and wake me up a few times
