The room wasn’t very clean and some items were dirty from whomever was previously there such as cups, ice tongs had food on them, our body wash in the shower was empty, there appeared to be vomit or fecal matter splattered on the outside of the toilet and there was hair in multiple places in the bathroom. Just wasn’t what we were expecting for the nightly price.

Nice place. Only complaint is really tied to preference. The bed was very firm. Pillows were ok but a little flat. Room was nice as was casino. Nice bonus was shuttle to Brewers game if you place at least one bet in SportBook. Good place to stay if in town for Brewers. Food in restaurants was good too.

Great experience, overall for our occasion. Smelled a LOT like Marijuana on the casino floor as well as in the hotel. There was some sort of air freshener pumped through the whole building which actually made the smell a bit more sickening. Sad that its not better regulated.

The room was up-to-date and beautiful and very comfortable. The bed was amazing to sleep in and I got a good night sleep. The only thing is when I checked in, there was a staff member that was not very nice to another staff member. It made me feel uncomfortable And I felt sorry for the staff member that was being talked down to. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Secure, clean, and wonderful staff!!!

My daughter and I came to Milwaukee for a Yungblood concert. She went to the concert, and I stayed at the hotel. We were both amazed at how secure, clean, and the staff were wonderful. I will definitely stay again if I need to return to Milwaukee.

I asked three different people to make up our room and they passed it on to other staff. I was not concerned because there were three crews working on my floor. When I returned to my room after five p.m. it had not been done. I called the front desk ( which was NOT provided anywhere in the room, I had to ask a staff member the number) the front dest told me it was too late. I requested fresh towels which a young man brought to the room in a garbage bag. He didn't speak to me because he was texting and did even look up from his phone. RUDE
