We chose this property because of the location. We were in town for a family event. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the hotel shuttle because the staff member responsible for operating the shuttle didn't have a current CDL. Thankfully, we had a great Uber driver. Our biggest issue was the elevator. There is something wrong here. The elevator grinds with every trip it takes....and when I say "grinds", I mean it sounds like parts of the elevator are grinding against something. We could hear it in our room, all night long. The sound machine couldn't even drown it out. My husband said it sounded like a low flying plane. I said it sounded like the scene in Men in Black when Will Smith's character drags the table across the floor. Think fingernails on a chalkboard on steroids. Needless to say, no one slept. I sure hope they get that elevator fixed.

Half Baked... Downhill Hotel

Been staying here for the last 3yrs when i visit my daughter in college. Must say it has really went down hill over that time. Slowly amenities are no longer accessible ie: no hot tub, no bar, no breakfast, no soap dispensers in the showers. The quality of towels has went down, the room this time leaked water from the AC unit making the floor soaking wet. Only positive thing is free parking, its safe, and the young man that checked us in and asked if things were good was excellent to deal with while several others smelled like weed and looked half baked behind the desk. No judgement, just facts.

Horrible and I refuse to return, the carpeting was burned and they attempted to conceal it by placing the side table over the burned carpet. This will definitely be my last time staying at this place that I thought was fairly decent. I mistakenly booked this stay in an attempt to book the week prior of which the room was even worst but since it was non refundable I had to as I don’t have the money to waste. Never again will I stay at this place.

1.Smelly room with moldy & dirty furniture 2. No fridge offered in room 3. Remote broke 4. Tv has one channel 5. Got locked out of hotel at 5:40am (Not room)Room Key faulty. A guest had to let back in because front desk personnel not at post. 5. Got no help from hotel with resolving matter. Instead I got JUDY? who refuse to let me talk to some in charge instead of herself. I was compliant in every fashion. I produced my name and my itinerary number and my confirmation number, but was told they can’t find any record of me Judy informed me that she just works there and answers the phone. I spent a half an hour at least on the phone trying to get someone to help me that was in charge. I was hung up on and I called a total of six times. There was no point in the conversation where I used offensive or abusive language, which would’ve warranted being hung up on. I was not giving the name of anyone that was in charge and I know good and well that there is a higher authority than front desk. I simply want my money back for the inconveniences. It says a lot when a company or business gives you the runaround and can’t have a simple and professional conversation about rectifying a situation. It’s funny how this hotel can treat my money with first class but gives me Third World treatment. I will never stay at this hotel again and I hope for anyone thinks about staying there reconsiders because if you run into a problem, heaven help you because they won’t.

The room was shabby and had a smell. There was no bathtub as promised. The refrigerator was leaking water on the inside. Not enough towels and washcloths and no cleaning service during the stay. Needs a total refresh. Nice ladies at the front desk though.

Reserved ahead of time for my daughter's birthday and wasn't made aware of them requiring a "bank card" to check in so i had to last minute, UPON CHECK IN, try to find someone with an acceptable card otherwise my daughters birthdays would have been ruined. That needs to be communicated because it was very inconvenient and made me late checking in and late to setting up. Felt very rushed and uneasy.
