Très bon moment dans ce logement très bien situé entre centre-ville et plages...Quelques mètres seulement de la mer.Génial. Parfait avec un jeune enfant pour les haltes et escales en journée entre deux plages ou activités. Très propre à l'arrivée et très très bien équipé en petit électroménager et ustensiles. Je recommande vivement !

Location très agréable

L’appartement est très idéalement situé, à quelques mètres seulement de la plage et proche des commodités et autres activités de loisirs (comme le pédalo ou le jet ski). Concernant l’appartement en lui même, il est parfaitement équipé en ce qui concerne l’électroménager (machine à laver, four…). Il est également joliment décoré et comporte beaucoup d’ustensiles / accessoires qui nous ont été bien utiles pendant notre séjour : je pense notamment au fouet électrique et à l’essoreuse à salade, cela peut sembler être de l’ordre du détail mais cela simplifie beaucoup de choses ! Les gérants font en sorte que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible et sont très généreux (nous avons eu la très bonne surprise de s’être vu offrir des boissons fraîches et un pastis landais à notre arrivée, entre autres démonstrations d’hospitalité, d’accueil et de gentillesse). Le seul tout petit hic que je retiendrai est qu’il manque peut être un petit espace de rangement pour caler les valises ! Nous n’étions que deux voyageuses donc cela ne nous a pas posé trop de problèmes, mais je pense que le rangement des valises peut être légèrement contraignant pour une famille de quatre personnes par exemple. En tout cas, nous ne retenons que le positif et tenons à remercier chaleureusement à nouveau les propriétaires pour leur chaleureux accueil.

Excellent séjour à Mimizan plage

Studio idéalement situé, à deux pas de l’océan, des pistes cyclables, des commerces et restaurants. Parking privé au pied de la résidence. L’appartement est bien équipé, rien ne manque pour passer un bon séjour. Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Très bonne communication du début jusqu’à la fin des vacances. Très arrangeants et agréables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
