After a long day of adventuring, whether it be hiking, boating, fishing, horseback riding, or wine tasting, you'll enjoy returning to this quiet retreat for a relaxing soak in the hot tub at sunset or a cozy night around the fire.

Homestead Ridge is our personal, rustic, vacation home getaway. It was not built to be a typical rental. We wanted a vacation home that provided a comfortable, homey feeling while at the same time had many high-end, modern comforts. There is a fully-loaded kitchen with everything you may need to wine and dine yourselves. Everything you need for making coffee or tea. We have an indoor dining table that seats up to ten or you can dine out on the deck while the sun sets over the Blue Ridge Mountains.

There are two wood-burning fireplaces, both on the main level; one inside in the main living area and one on the outside deck. There is also a gas burning fireplace in the basement. Each fireplace has a big screen TV above it. Pour yourself a glass of wine and cozy up next to the outdoor fireplace and watch a movie on TV or play one of our board games in the basement’s game room.

Each TV has its own remote with Roku, so no matter the size of your group anyone can watch what they want with streaming access. Feel free to log in to your own apps and watch whatever you please. You can easily set up each TV to log out automatically on your final day.

There are two master bedrooms, one on the main floor and one on the upper floor; both with king-size beds. The master bedroom on the upper floor features a stand alone soaker tub in the master bath.. The 3rd bedroom is in the basement and was designed to sleep multiple people with two full over full bunk beds and sleeping a maximum of eight.

There is something for everyone in the Blue Ridge area. In our house manual we feature some of our personal favorite restaurants and activities. There are miles of forest to hike, horseback riding, wine tasting, tubing, white-water rafting, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, Mercier Orchards, and more!

Other things to note:
4-Wheel Drive is NOT required to reach the property.
House is equipped with High-Speed Internet which is rare for the area.
Renters must be at least 25 years of age

Blue Ridge Luxury Cabin with Sunset Views offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/games room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
