I have refrained from commenting on my experience hoping that I would receive some for of communication from Unwind Luxury Rentals. However, after waiting for 9 days without anyone reaching out about how problems, I feel like it is time to respond. We arrived late on Friday to a hot house. One of the AC units was not working. My husband called the contact number and left a message. We got to call or message back. I emailed the reality company and told them of the problem. On Saturday afternoon, I did get a message and that someone would be coming to check on it. In the evening a very unprofessional woman came in her pajamas and looked at the unit and said that it wasn’t working. Someone would be sent to fix it. On Saturday in the daylight, we also realized that the pool was green. I spent the entire day shocking and cleaning it so that we could get in. Every day we emailed to see what the status was and were told that they were working on it. We were there for 4 days in a very hot glass house. I have contacted the management and have gotten no response from them. I have rented through VRBO many, many times and have always had wonder service and accommodations. I have all of the emails copied and would love to share them if needed. What was supposed to be a time to recoup and rest, turned in to an exhausting trip.
