Clean, good staff, was on a first floor so I couldn’t leave the blinds open, it was loud every so often from emergency vehicles. Beds and rooms were very good.

Very disappointed will not go back.

Paid $108 for one night room was clean and looked nice that’s where the positive ends. The heat/AC didn’t work properly it chooses randomly to kick to AC my spouse is a heart transplant patient and in kidney failure so he gets very cold the staff didn’t offer any resolutions just said maintenance wasn’t their thing and that they’d contact owner to address never heard anything further just provided us with extra blankets. They also charge for parking $25 when asking for refund due to the issues I am told to call the assistant manager who btw is out of the office till Thursday this was an overnight stay from Sunday to Monday definitely will not go back here again that’s for sure. The shower was a walk on with glass doors and the water pressure was almost non existent. For the price we definitely expected more like the Ramada charges $75 for a night and their standards are way higher than this place. Overall highly DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this place period. Hopefully the manager refunds is cuz this was ridiculous.

Great place for a Twins game

Front desk staff was great, room was great, walk to Target Field was about 4 minutes…..which was great! Will definitely stay here again when I am in Minny next time for a ballgame.

Hotel was very nice and friendly. Room was very comfortable. Limited dining options and breakfast is not included. However, paid breakfast was home made and very tasty.

The staff was very nice and polite. A small misunderstanding at first but they were quick to accommodate me. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. No one can just come up the elevator, you had to use your room key then click your floor. The door to the room is heavy with a lock that felt safe. The T.V doesn’t have many channels and is kinda hard to figure out but overall a very nice place to stay. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned the best but it wasn’t dirty either. It was the shower that was the issue. The walls are not soundproof that’s for sure. My neighbor was loud and I could hear all the conversations. I was next to the elevator and the staff closet so I could hear every time someone came in and out of those doors. Those were my only problems with the hotel but even so I will be returning to them when I come back down next year. The staff made it worth the stay and the location of the hotel.

This place was very nice but the walls are thin so it’s noisy and the bathroom has a glass barn door so it’s not very sound proof. coffee wasn’t replenished in the room after asking and was never told you had to request service before 11:30am

The hotel itself inside looks nice and clean. There's a bar and you can purchase food and snacks there. The room is also nice and clean. But did not like the noise of the people walking and dragging the chairs above us, the noise of the traffic, and people talking loud in the street closed to our room. Was unable to get a good sleep. The staff was friendly.

Perfect Location!

Excellent location! Perfect place for any sporting event. Short walk to Nicolet Mall and Hennepin Avenue. Clean room and friendly staff. The $25 a day to park is a bit much though.
