There was no hot water, which made me late for my appointment on the first day. I came back to my room and it was obvious that someone came inside the room because things were moved. Something I intentionally left on was turned off but the room was not cleaned. I also lost a pair of earrings the second day. We found spiders and bugs in the bathroom.

Your pool is ice cold. My granddaughter (who has swam at many hotels) could not stand the pool. The bathtub needs a slip mat both of us slipped had to put a towel in it to stand. People in the room above us had kids running and jumping when we’re trying to sleep. Bad experience never stay again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this hotel should be shut down. First off when you look up this hotel the pictures are completely different than when you arrive and get into a room. Secondly they charge $100 deposit on top of what the room costs which is also not advertised on their website. The elevator does not work properly and makes all kinds of noises it is very unsafe. We got into our room and all you could smell was dust, the bathrooms were dirty and they also had the window wide open so it was freezing in there mind you it's MARCH in the Midwest. The hot tub was out of order and the pool didn't even look clean to take my kids into. I asked the front desk staff for another room that's been done with renovation and cleaner he gives me keys to another room just to find out it's another trash room we walked in and it smelled like cat pee! Window also wide open again dirty bathrooms. Other hotel doors were propped open, the people in and outside of the hotel also seemed very sketchy and we felt uncomfortable, you can tell there's some drug deals, trafficking or other crimes happening in this location. Not to mention I was not the only person complaining of the same thing, another guest with kids had the same issue. We left right away. Do not bring your families here even for one night. I can't imagine what might have happened had we stayed

Worst experience ever room was cold, dusty, not good lighting. Jacuzzi was down and they didn’t mention it during check in. So I canceled the second night and just got the money for that. And my deposit back.

They gave us lots of exercise after a very long trip. The bathroom door was locked when we got to our room. Then they gave us another room but didn’t update the key for our whole stay. 4 times going to front desk after rooms so far away from elevator. I’m 70 need exercise but don’t need it when I just get out of the car from 10 hour trip. They are remodeling its looking nice.

The property is ready for refresh, furniture, flooring etc are getting tired. The Front Desk staff was friendly and professional. The biggest issue was the heating equipment, it would not let me lower the temp. I had to turn it off, so by morning it was very cold in the room.

The heater in the room didn’t work, the hotel was run down and now I’m trying to figure out how to get my $100 deposit back. So beware not only do you pay Expedia for the room, you also pay $100 deposit which the hotel keeps! Never again will I stay here, fighting to get a deposit back is not something I expected.

Are coffee Maker in the room didn't work. Our tv and our room didn't work. The elevator is scary as hell.. The spicket in the shower is falling out.. The water in the pool was like you were doing a polar plunge that cold. The security lock on the door isn't all that secure. Other than that, it was a great stay..
