The thermostat was not working. The room remained cold no matter what temperature I set. Also the water did not get hot; it remained luke warm. The knob to switch from faucet to shower was broken too. The coffee maker was dirty and there was no replacement of coffee grounds or tea bags or paper cups even though I stayed for 3 nights. The positive thing was that the room was very roomy and the bed was comfortable.

The room felt neglected such as tiny black fruit fly gnats flying around and there's no vegetable or food or garbage around but yet it's questionable why there's even any in there if it was cleaned. There's two spots in the wall behind the couch of the furniture when you walk in that has openings in the fixture of the wall which is questionable too. The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't the greatest using the sink, plus my card got hacked randomly out of nowhere after I used a free secured Wi-Fi connection, which is really making me questionably wondering why somebody from Florida would be able to go on the Wi-Fi that far out and hacked my card for using it to purchase dinner using doordash, I understand that the hotel is a cashless Hotel but the meal prices were a little bit High but the service downstairs in the bar was wonderful yesterday morning ordering breakfast when I was staying there and I definitely give her very high credit and respect for her professionalism and being super polite and kind. Plus nobody told me that parking was separate from being included in the booking process which almost caused me to go negative to my account. Veey overwhelmed. I spent a ton of money here suring the Twin Cities Con 2025 and it just really just makes me wonder why I booked here...

I was incredibly disappointed for a number of reasons. The people in charge have really let it go.
Safe was not reset. We couldn’t use it and front desk would not hold items
Crack in the sink… means bacteria collect. Do not fill sink and use that water, even to wash.
Closet door will not open. You can see forced slide marks.

My stay was not great. There was no A/C and the rooms were extremely hot so I could not sleep. The rooms were not serviced and there were blood stains on the towels and on the curtains. There was no hot water in my shower until day 4 and the staff were not very helpful when the issues were raised

We booked through expedia... arrived to find our king suite was reduced to 2 full size beds. The room had what looked like sauce on the walls, floors, our toliet paper holder was missing:/ even when putting the air conditioner at 62 degrees there was barely any air coming out. Which lead to us sleeping in what felt like 75 degrees in the room both nights. The front desk staff was super nice but their were too many problems woth the room and when we complain they said we could wait until tommorow to get the king suite but we were only there for 2 nights and had no where to go if we didnt take the 2 fulls. Overall, actual place is nice but room cleaniness was bad and some things need to be updated.
