Good for our purpose

Rooms were good sized, staff was friendly enough. Beds were uncomfortable though, and staying two nights nobody cleaned our room, changed bedding or even made bed. I thought that was strange for a Hampton inn. Otherwise if you are here for a basketball or baseball game this is a perfect location as skywalk goes to both stadiums. Area is downtown, saw a lot of people smoking meth, atleast 20 seperate occasions and tons of people smoking weed. So if you’re staying with a family you may want to stay somewhere else as there are a lot of bars, strip clubs and sex shops in the area, along with a lot of homeless folks.

Amazing Staff

Not a place to be outside at night - bus stop on the same block as hotel entrance. No one can enter without a key or to be let in by the front desk. Once youre inside the hotel, it is clean, beautiful and safe! I am disabled but not in a wheelchair. The ADA room was great. I wish ada didnt require the low bed. I understand if someone is transfering to a wheelchair, but anyone else with leg mobility issues has trouble standing up from such a low position.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. The included breakfast was excellent, with tons of options. US Bank stadium is walkable distance. (1 mile) The public parking ramp is right across the street, and it's connected by a skywalk, so it's very convenient. The only negative about it is, parking there can get expensive if you're there for a length of time, or a special event, which they charge more for. Overall, very nice hotel that we would definitely stay at again.
