I am an active duty service member on travel orders and wanted the GSA rate. The hotel staff said this is not possible because I booked through Orbitz. They openly mocked my service with an insincere thank you for your service comment ridiculed with sarcasm. I would like a full refund and want the propery removed from Orbitz listing.
