The hotel is great the only thing that bothers me is that there were 3 elevators but only 1 is functioning. It would be nice if at least 2 elevators were functioning to avoid long lines going up to rooms.

The property charges a $15 parking fee which is NOT DISCLOSED at the time of booking. This occurs even though the Expedia confirmation indicates the rate includes all fees and charges. The property had only one working elevator. I saw in the notes that this has been an issue for several months.. i would think a Hyatt Regency would take steps to reair the elevator.
