The hotel is falling apart! You could write your name in the dust, wreaked of dog urine and dog poop not cleaned up. Rips in the carpet, broken lamps, ceiling fall down in the bathroom, filthy walls, night stand and mini fridge broken, etc. Breakfast was cold, but there is a microwave to heat your food up. The hotel was busy, parking was adequate, clerk in lobby was friendly, we needed a handicap accessible room, which we booked, but was moved to a regular room and they brought a shower chair. Not sure how that was going to solve the problem. Would not recommend this hotel. This is a pet friendly hotel, we did have a dog on our visit and saw many other dogs.

Front staff was pleasant. Dining area was clean and food was fresh. My room had a leaky faucet and the TV cable was poorly connected with the remote control was very generic. Other than that, it was fine.

Insisted on copying my ID upon check-in; no reputable chain does that. Said they could cancel the res if I was uncomfortable with it. All the room doors looked as though they had been rammed with the housekeeping carts to open them. Room was clean enough, but I wouldn't recommend walking barefoot on that carpet. Overall, just a down-market vibe.

Urgent Safety Concern Involving a staff member came to my hotel room without my request or permission. They initially offered me a free night’s stay, which I declined. Following this, the individual made an inappropriate and unwanted sexual proposition. This was deeply disturbing, completely unprofessional, and made me feel unsafe.
