First off we switched to this hotel a few days before our trip as it was around the same price as the other one and the breakfast looked better ! Well let me tell you this was a switch worth making - for a budget friendly hotel the breakfast truly had something for everyone , eggs , sausage patty’s , hashbrowns , oatmeal , yogurt , various carb options including pancakes and there was fruit , juices coffee etc !! Room was nice , clean , had a great closet / storage space , a mini fridge and a microwave , was clean and the perfect place to stay for 2 nights well attending a weekend event !

On the surface, this hotel should be a nice hotel. It has a nice indoor lush courtyard and the rooms are large and relatively inexpensive. However, that said, in the back portions of the hotel, this place is like a literal maze inside, look like they haven't been vacuumed or attended to in weeks. There was garbage just laying on the floor, and in literal garbage bags that had been sitting there since we checked in the day before and still there when we checked out (there were cleaning staff in our portion of the hotel during that time). In our room, the sink faucet looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months. There was mold and mildew in the shower tiling, the microwave light wouldn't turn off and there was no way to unplug it (the cord was imbedded). The refrigerator also looked it hadn't been wiped down in months. Very grimy. As I mentioned, on the surface, this a nice looking hotel, until you notice the details. Stayed here because it was close to an event we were attending. Probably wouldn't stay here again. The staff I interacted with, however, were very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Don at the front desk was the best! He accommodated our need to be close to an exit due to a disability. My one concern was that 2 entrances weren’t secure and anyone could walk in. The card reader didn’t work.

For a budget hotel, this is a nice place. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, beds comfortable. My only issue was the room not being very soundproof. I had to keep the fan on full time in orser to sleep.

You had to wear your shoes in the room due to the floors needing shampooing and cleaned. Your feet or socks would turn black if you didn’t. The hours for the breakfast need to be lengthened. 6-9 is not long enough. 6-10 would be better especially for the workers that were staying there and us being in a hockey tourney. The staff was friendly.

The staff are really nice. The breakfast was good, but my rooms carpet was so dirty that my socks turned black. The ac on the wall was so dusty you could see it. There was graffiti on the bathroom door and your feet stuck to the floor. They have a lovely courtyard in the center, but other than the dining area, the seats were stained and dirty. To be honest I would have checked out earlier but because I bout for a 3rd party I couldn’t get a refund.

If zero stars were possible, that’s exactly what I’d give this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that management and staff have little concern for guest comfort or cleanliness. The property is dirty, the atmosphere unwelcoming, and most of the staff behave as though basic requests are an inconvenience. While I did encounter two genuinely kind employees—a Black gentleman with hair and a White woman at the desk—the majority of staff were unprofessional and dismissive. One young woman with glasses in particular was especially rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. Housekeeping is nearly nonexistent. During my two-week stay, my room was serviced only once. At check-in, I found stained sheets and a leaking bathroom. Repeated calls to the front desk led nowhere—the standard response was, “I’ll make a note of that,” without any follow-up or resolution. This hotel is poorly managed, unsanitary, and fails to deliver even the most basic level of hospitality. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this property and choose a hotel that values cleanliness, professionalism, and its guests.
