It was different from any hotel ive stayed in. But in an amazing way!! It was very clean and quiet. Along with all the staff being super helpful and very polite. I cant wait to stay here again in the future!!

Temperature was 22* outside, yet the room had the air conditioning going and was set at 64. We were on ground level and the tile floor was ice cold. Even after cranking the heat, it took hours to warm the room up to a comfortable temperature. Not what I expected after 10 hours of driving. Room was clean, older but clean.

It was my second time staying at the Renaissance. My family and I wanted a simple getaway close to home to relax and swim. Staff were kind and we found the room to be spacious and quiet! We were pleasantly surprised to be the only one using the pool during our stay. Hot tub was great as well. The bed was a little too firm for me and pillows lacked support. Overall, a great stay and room was a good value for the price.

Overall our stay was pretty solidly mid. The common areas of the hotel were decorated in a unique and interesting way. The check-in experience was friendly and easy. The room itself was functional and mostly clean. I liked that there was a couch area with a table so we didn't have to always sit on the bed. The bed was ok; mattress was very thin, but ended up being alright. No real complaints. The room was clean, except a few stray hairs in the bathroom; not a deal breaker. We spent time in the hot tub, which was excellent! We didn't use the pool, but it's huge for a hotel! The only major complaint is we prepaid for the breakfast, but didn't end up using the voucher. We showed up around 9:30 on the Sunday morning of our stay. Signage said to wait to be seated. Yes, seating at a hotel breakfast buffet, ok, so we waited, and watched people eating what appeared to be a very typical, generally free, continental hotel breakfast buffet. We had already paid, so we waited some more. The hostess came by no less than three times without even acknowledging our presence. Not an 'I'll be right with you' or even a simple 'hello'. The place wasn't remotely full. I attempted to make eye contact, which she was obviously weirdly avoiding. Nothing. It felt like we were inconveniencing this gal for being there at the place she works to serve people, so we left and spent more money on breakfast elsewhere. Save your $$ and don't bother inconveniencing the breakfast staff.
