We were disappointed that only one of the two bedrooms had an air conditioner. I may have misread, but I thought we were staying in a house but it turned out to be a very old tired four apartment building. It was clean and served our needs, but was disappointing.
Everything we needed for a clean, comfortable stay. Host had great communication. The reason Iâm not giving five is because this is an old building and the accommodations are basic. If you just need clean basics though, I would recommend it.
This place was absolutely adorable. Perfect location for the event I was attending. I was in town for a family wedding and staying here allowed me to be close to the venue and still have the luxury of not being in a hotel and having to eat out all the time.
Brenda is a wonderful host, the neighbors are quiet and friendly, the space is clean, the bed in the main bedroom is comfy (I didn't test the other one) and the AC units worked perfectly. Any time I had a question or concern, Brenda responded quickly, professionally and with kindness. Thank you!
My family and I loved how close this property was to the hospital. It is in a great neighborhood, would definitely recommend to family and friends. Property host had gone above and beyond for us. And we thank her for everything.
I had a wonderful stay in Brenda's apartment, named "Stella's Sweet Place." It was clean, comfortable and had ample space, definitely for one person, but a family of 3-4 could probably make this home for a week or two as well. The neighbourhood is clean and safe and walking distance from downtown Minneapolis, as well as from the scenic Mississippi River. Definitely recommend!
We stayed for five days. Very walkable. Check in was easy, host is very communicative. The space was fine. Nothing fancy but functional and felt safe. Interior items are fine. Some items are showing wear (kitchen table is really wobbly.) The yard was a nice if you have a dog staying with you.
This property is older, so you'll experience some creaks and misfitting cabinet doors. Beds were comfy and the backyard was big with a nice backyard. Overall, the neighborhood was cute and quiet.
Nice location, friendly landlords, nice kitchen. The place has worn mattresses and cheap bed frames, very dusty, creaky floors and uncomfortable furniture. It was about $30-50/night less than some of the other properties around, but we would have preferred to pay more for newer mattresses. The pictures on the site are deceiving because it is not well maintained.
1. This property is very close to Cub, Target and good restaurants.
2. This is an excellent biking neighborhood with easy access to West River Parkway.
3. Matthews Park is nearby for kids and dog walking.
4. Seward neighborhood is a progressive, diverse and welcoming neighborhood.
5. Close to University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus.
