Our stay was disappointing to say the least. With so much competition in the city, you’d think they’d do better! As a Wyndham property, we were surprised at the overall poor quality and attitude. The room was sub par. Overall rundown and not the cleanest. Hair in the shower and blood on the edge of the toilet bowl. The breakfast was sparse. I asked about it and was told that because they have so many oil field workers staying there, they offer them a grab and go breakfast, so the in-house breakfast is the bare minimum. They did not offer the bagged breakfast to us and I’m not sure why. We spent money to go out for breakfast. Bottom line - We wouldn’t stay there again.

Pool and hot tub out of service. Toilet ran constantly...got snow and they did ice their sidewalks til late. All 3 suitcase trolleys broken. "Free breakfast"..no eggs ..no sausage just 1 kind of very small pastries and pancakes to make yourself.

Clean, OK rooms. Was greatly disappointed the hot tub was not working and the reservation system did not indicate this. We rarely get to use one and look forward to the occasional stays with one. We did not down review check-in, but do not appreciated the lack of communication regarding hotel features.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The fan in the room didn't work so they moved us without any issues. Unfortunately the pool/hot tub were closed. There wasn't notification on hotels.com about this so it was disappointing.
