Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Coming from the UK with the current sanctions and restrictions I paid a deposit via Revolut and paid the remainder in Belarusan Rubles cash in the drop box where I collected the key. Check-in was easy. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, which was not advised in the property description. It was generally clean but a few things could have been better cleaned including the toilet. It was spacious and in a great location with Victory Square and the metro in walking distance. There is a supermarket close by too. I had a few issues. The air conditioning was not great. It operated but didn't function properly as it did not cool the bedroom down and the heat would just not go away making it uncomfortable to sleep. I had to keep windows open resulting in a lot of traffic noise. The mattress was not comfortable I felt it was too hard and the duvet too heavy for summer weather. I didn't get the chance to clean my clothes as the one time I did use the washing machine it broke trapping a pair of trousers inside for a couple of days. The owner did come to get them out for me whilst I was out but I had to purchase more clothes as I did not trust having my clothes stuck in there again and I was already having to take a damp pair of trousers home with me in my case.
