“As Good As It Gets" A perfect '10' includes a new high end luxury kitchen and new master bathroom. Everything is freshly painted and beautiful new driftwood tile floors. This is a luxury stay! The property features a front covered porch, rear screened porch, and a lushly landscaped yard with a picket fence with lavish pool right out back. Very clean! Beach service (Chairs and umbrella) for 2 included!

A VERY short walk to private uncrowded Frangista beach (4 minutes and your toes are in the famous Emerald Waters) with the uncrowded neighborhood pool directly behind home. You can sit on screened porch and watch the kids swim in the luxurious large pool. This charming cottage has 11 ft ceilings and all driftwood tile floors (no carpet). The owner is an interior/kitchen and bath designer and has left nothing unattended - you will be pleasantly surprised by the tasteful vintage decor. Colors are soft and relaxing and no detail has been overlooked including high quality bedding. You will be charmed by the iron beds, cotton quilts and vintage linen fabrics. There is a large LCD TV with surround sound in the gathering room and 3 flat screens in bedrooms as well as DVD in living room. There is a luxury king bed in the master (guests rave), a king in bedroom 2 and queen in the other bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa (new in 2019) and a queen air mattress with integrated air inflation.

You will feel as if you are staying at a Five Star Luxury Bed and Breakfast. The master suite, named La Jardin Suite (the garden suite) has soft pistachio green walls, hydrangea wreath, garden statuary, wrought iron accents, and beautiful art and accessories. It is refreshing and relaxing and perfect in every detail. The secondary suite, named La Petite Suite, is decorated with a Country French cotton quilt and bedding, black iron bed and black distressed furnishings. Beautiful original oils and limited edition prints complete the pleasing ambience of this room.

The kitchen is fully equipped so if you prefer to donning your apron instead of waiting in line at a restaurant, everything you need is there including stainless appliances, a new LG induction range, a new Bosch dishwasher, Bosch side by side fridge with ice and water in the door and and refrigerated filtered water at the sink.

The gathering room is something out of a magazine with it's slip-covered furniture, original oils and vintage touches. The large oval table in a distressed red finish will seat 3-4 plus 5 at the kitchen island.

The walk to the beach is about 200 yards (very very short). Your toes will touch the beautiful white sands of the Gulf in minutes. You cross Scenic 98 which is not busy. It also has speed bumps all along the road and at the private beach access. We are confident if you stay once, you will return, making 'As Good As It Gets' your Florida beach tradition.

Complimentary beach service (two beach chairs and one umbrella) is provided March 1st through November 30th. Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas or use the additional beach chairs & umbrellas that are provided in the home. No tents or canopies allowed per HOA.

This property offers parking for up to three vehicles depending on size. Offsite parking is available for a fee at nearby locations. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX. A MAXIMUM OF 2 *ADULT* DOGS ALLOWED – EACH 25LBS OR LESS. Inquire about larger dogs.

A very nice place to stay, not far from the beach. Be advised that the community is very noisy, we had to call the sheriff on some neighbors due to loud parties and fighting outside.

Spring break trip

My family and I stayed here for our Spring Break trip and had the best time. The house was perfect for 4 of us - being right behind the pool was extremely convenient because my kids love to swim. Pool was heated which was great for March. Super close to the beach, which was also beautiful. House was fully stocked with everything we needed

Spring Break 2024

Beautiful cottage for our family of five plus one! Community pool was never crowded and literally in the backyard…beach is just a (very) short walk with chair and umbrella service for two. Traffic was heavy, maybe just the time of year…golf carts everywhere, we’ll definitely rent one next trip. Everything was perfect, I didn’t need to bother the owner with anything!

Love this cottage

I’ve stayed here before. We always come back. The renovation is top notch. Kitchen has everything to cook full meals. It’s really beautiful and the owner is very responsive. So close to beach and the pool is right in the back of house. We love the screened back porch. The chairs and umbrella with your name is the icing on the cake.

It Really IS As Good As It Gets!!!

This cozy and beautifully decorated beach house has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation! We slept great in the cozy beds and enjoyed cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen. The owner seriously thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Just a quick walk and you’re at the beach or the community pool is right behind the house. This is the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Cottage For a Relaxing Family Vacation

The house is beautiful and we had a fantastic week! We enjoyed cooking several evenings in the gorgeous, well stocked kitchen. We also loved relaxing on the screened in back porch. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our coffee each morning. It was a quick walk to the beach. There is a wagon with beach toys provided, and our grandkids loved playing with them while we enjoyed the included beach setup each day. Thank you! We will be back!

Great location and really cute home. Owners of the property were great to help us out.

Overall it was good. We had problems with the rental company not respondinga to our phone calls or emails but the owner was great. The location was great with beach access and the pool right in the backyard.

Family Vacation

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Miramar Beach! The house was beautiful and everything was just as shown on this site. It is a little walk to get to the beach but definitely not bad….the steps going down to the beach was difficult if using a beach wagon. The chairs and umbrella service on the beach was very nice because our place was already saved on the beach when we got down everyday. The water was just amazing….clear and beautiful everyday! It was nice having the pool so close to the house but it definitely could use some updates and cleaning. We loved the place and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful location

We loved the place and the location was wonderful. The cottage it is beautiful and the decor too but the cleaning and maintenance of the house could be better. The mattresses were old and you feel like sleeping in a hole. We enjoy a lot our Thanksgiving family trip. The property manager was wonderful and very attentive.

Another great stay!

This is our 2nd stay at this property and we had another great time! Very well decorated and the addition of the doors on the third bedroom was a plus. Enjoyed a glass of wine on the screened back porch each night. Very easy walk to the beach.

Great vacation

We loved the house as it was perfect. Close to the beach (two short blocks). Two chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach so only had to carry our refreshments and towels. Cooked several meals and everything we needed was there for our use. We had an issue with the door lock upon arrival and the owner responded and took care of it very fast. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This was our first time not staying oceanfront, and it was a breeze walking to the beach (if you have a cart for your cooler, etc.!). The house was beautiful and very clean throughout. Having the pool in the backyard was so nice for our daughter. Owner is very responsive. Definitely go to the beach thru the Hollywood beach access for your complimentary chair setup.

Perfect beach week

We’ve only stayed in condos in Miramar before this, but we’ll never stay anywhere else! The location is perfect - easy walk to beach, coffee, restaurants. The pool is virtually in the backyard making it easy with kids. And the home is very well appointed - we had everything we needed! I can wait to stay here again next year. The HOA needs to do some upkeep on the pool area, but that’s nothing the owner can control. And it was still lovely!
