Great Stay

Great stay, everything was advertised. Only complaint would be the elevators have to be the slowest around! Not the owners fault there are a lot of people staying there, so things like that happen. All in all great stay will be back again sometime!

Nice that is was close to beach. There was food on the counter and microwave when we arrived... could have been cleaned better. Patio doors didn't lock.

Fantastic location!!

PROS: Location is A+. Free beach service is a major bonus as that costs $40 or more per day at other places. My family actually prefers Miramar Beach to Destin. Destin is a bit "too much going on" in my opinion. Beds were comfy, place was clean and remodeled. Clean pool and hotubs and nice pool bathrooms too CONS: I wish laundry detergent and another roll or two of toilet paper were included. Toaster was broken and not stay down. Main bathtub drain was clogged. I had to reset the AC twice as it went out. Simply turn off AC, wait 3 minutes and turn back on seemed to do the trick. All in all...great place and would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Overall a great experience and great location. Mostly clean, however walls need cleaned or repainted. Drain in tub shower was not working well. Kitchen did not have a working Keurig as shown. There were no pt holders. Vents were also not cleaned. Balcony furniture was nice.

This was a wonderful property to stay at. The resort was very nice. The view from the patio was amazing. We ate every meal out there overlooking the gulf. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect Location

Great location. Easy parking and elevator access to room. Plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts in lobby for convenience. Early access code was given to us, but didn't work. Used access code for after 4 pm that was provided. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. All beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The mattress toppers, at the very least, should be replaced.

Overall great experience. Two small issues. Check in was a bit bumpy as a parking pass isn’t issued until check in so had to find parking as we came in early and no beach chair service until check in HOA rules - nbd. Beds were a bit soft but the location and view are worth it. Mirimar beach is magnificent

Beautifully updated, welll equipped two bedroom condo big enough for a small family. The views of the Gulf from the living room and bedroom are fantastic. Loved the oversized balcony. Pool is small and kids splash you the whole time so it would be nice to have a kid free adult pool. Liked the walk across beach access and loved the beach chairs and umbrella provided by condo management. Enjoyed an early check in. Did not like the difficulty with contacting someone for two small maintenance issues. It was taken care of the day after reporting though. Both bedrooms need a fan. There was one box fan. My family thought that both mattresses were too firm. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very Cute Beach Get Away!

We came here for a quick couple's getaway for my husband's birthday. Its in a high rise building with several condos, ours faced the gulf and it was peaceful and perfect for us! The location is amazing and very close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping! My only slight issue was the check in process. We had a late flight and didn't get in until late. You have to have a parking pass, towing is strictly enforced. Eventually, we found the front entrance and there was a phone # to call security after hours. The man came and created us a parking pass. Once we parked our rental, we were able to locate and access our rental with ease. I saw a few other reviews where people ran into this same issue. I even saw it first hand with guests at this resort, these details should be better disclosed, I think I was only able to find this information because I sought it out. Other than that, this rental worked great for our party and I'd absolutely recommend this unit! :)

Bad management

The condo is fine. However, at checkin there was no one at the desk since it closes at 5pm. I called the Vacasa management but since I registered through VRBO, they had no record of my registration. I discovered by calling VRBO that the unit is managed by Best Beach Getaways. I found the needed access to the condo in my email so we were able to get into the condo. I called VRBO to ask about parking passes and entry into the exercise facility. They told me I would have to call Best Beach Getaways. I called Best Beach Getaways and was only able to leave a message on multiple occasions. I never received a response from them so never had a parking pass. the Vacasa desk said they could not verify our reservation so they would not give me the code for the exercise room. I am not a complainer and usually very good about going with the flow but this was unacceptable. My wife was not happy and we left a day early. We will not use this facility again.
