This amazing three bedroom home is located in the Tang O Mar community in Miramar Beach and is perfect for your families beach getaway. The home is elevated and offers a soothing tropical view with beautiful palm trees on one side and the gleaming Gulf on the other. You are just steps away from the sugary white sands of the beach.

The open and spacious living area offers plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen, which is connected to the living area, features stainless steel appliances , granite counter tops, and has an eat-in bar. The dining area seats six and offers a view from the balcony that is next to it. One of the Guest Bedrooms is decorated with a king sized bed while the other has a full/twin bunk bed and twin trundle bed underneath. They share a Jack and Jill full bathroom that is easily accessible from both rooms. The Master Suite has a comfortable king sized bed with access to its own new private bathroom that has a large glassed in shower and a granite countertop sink. Double doors lead out from the Master Suite to the deck that has a spectacular view of the gulf in the distance.

First Floor: Covered Parking.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, King Bedroom, Jack and Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk + Twin Trundle, Laundry.

December getaway

We have friends in the area so come down a few times of the year. This house, neighborhood is like old Miramar beach used to be. Quiet. No one at the beach and just listening to waves. One of our best choices in years. Will be back definitely be back!!!!!

First time to the area

The house was perfect for our trip. A short get away for me and my husband. The rents process, check-in, communication and check-out was seamless. We loved the area and the quiet private beach. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely visit again!

Clean and close to the beach

This home was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and in good working order. Beautiful views of the Gulf from the deck, kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes or less! Communication with the property manager was most convenient via their app. We would not hesitate to recommend this home, and would love to return some time!

We had a great experience all around. Great communication with the property manager. The app they use makes everything easy! The house is very close to the beach with views of the water. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. All three bedrooms were nice. This house met all our needs! We would recommend this rental to anyone!
