We absolutely loved this condo! It was very roomy and comfortable. The view was just as you would expect and very peaceful early mornings or late nights to listen to the waves roll in. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking needs. Pull out couch was very comfortable and the kids didn’t mind that being their spot one bit. Storage closet was full of beach toys! Legitimate on the beach stay as we were on the boardwalk to the sand in less than 1 minute from leaving the room. Beach service was great with chairs and umbrellas ready each day. Truly a relaxing vacation. Improvement suggestions: more towel hooks/racks, soft cozy throw blankets for movie watching, provide coffee filters for the coffee pot so the fit is good, more than 1 bath towel per guest (us girls with hair require 2 towels) Overall very satisfied and would stay here again!

Relaxing Beach Trip

We always enjoy MainSail. The condo was comfortable for our group of five. The host was gracious and allowed us to check-in about an hour early once the cleaning crew finished. The shower in the master bath had been upgraded, which was nice. The kitchen is important to us as we eat most meals in the condo. The kitchen has the essentials, but nothing more. There are no spices, foil, cooking spray, etc. Plan accordingly. The beach was beautiful while we were there, and the patio was lovely for sitting and listening to the waves. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing stay.

Great stay!

Great place to stay on the Gulf of Mexico. Clean, comfortable with 2 king beds. Updated furniture and kitchen appliances. Covered parking. Beach chairs included. I would definitely return.

Wonderful Stay!

This is our second year staying at Mainsail but we were in a different unit last time. The condo was clean and comfy, especially the Master bed, very nice which is not standard for rentals we have found. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently overall, no pizza pan and limited casserole/pyrex 13x19(only one) and bowls were pretty beat up but we made do. Could use a rubber spatula for mixing but I realize not everyone cooks a lot on vacation. TV and internet were great, daughter had an online class she had to be online for a bit and all was good. Neighbors upstairs very noisy and you can hear everything, not the fault of the host of course. Couches and seating in living room could have been better as well, pull out couch was uncomfortable for my son. Loved the views on the balconies and master bath had a wonderful shower! Also liked the dressing area and lots of closet space for everyone. Had a small issue with the sink/garbage disposal and host responded right away to take care of the issue despite being on vacation herself! The pools were fun for our kids too, beach was beautiful as always. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice property and good location

Aside from the master bathroom needed some work and cleaning (particularly the wicker chair and closet), I got worried about the beach service. We came out one morning to find a vast majority of the chairs were labeled “reserved”. We asked the beach service staff about it and he was able to find us a set. The next and last day we were there we were shown our chairs in the second row from the beach front. We were told that the reserved chairs were for owners that were staying there at the time. I feel that we paid for the service and were there in lieu of the owner and should have equal access.

The Happiest Place On Earth

The Mainsail has been a vacation destination for my family and friends for years. This condo is perfectly located with absolutely awesome views and a short boardwalk to the white sands and turquoise water. It is peaceful, comfortably furnished and decor reflects a beach vibe. Through the years developments have enveloped it, but its prime location has not been disturbed. The owners are attentive and provide answers for any questions you may have. Book your visit with the assurance of a wonderful stay at the happiest place on earth. You will leave refreshed and restored. 💞

Perfect Trip

We are return customers at Mainsail. We love the family atmosphere and the security. It's the perfect place to stay! There's plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and a large shopping mall within walking distance of the condo. The beach is always clean and the beach attendants are ready to assist you. We love staying at "Pete's Condo." It's the perfect HomeAway. The owners are fabulous to work with. The only thing bad is, we wish that we could be there right now. :)

Amazing Views

Property was in good shape overall. A bit dated but all was in good condition. The beach view was great. Condo is large. Check-in was not a good experience as there was no one at the gate. This was our first visit at this complex and we had no idea of the property layout but fortunately we found a resident that guided us to our condo.

Love This Place!

This our second time staying here and will always book it when we can. It is very well kept and stocked with necessities. We love the location right on the beach. The balcony has a great view for relaxing and watching the waves. Grocery and other shopping is five minutes away.

Very enjoyable stay

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was spacious and clean and the location was perfect - right on the beach. I loved the nice touch of the beach-themed murals. The information and instructions we received were clear and easy to follow. We had no problems whatsoever and would definitely stay there again! I would point out that neither of the ice makers work, but it wasn't an issue as we simply bought ice at the store.

Absolutely perfect location

Overall our stay was amazing! Winn-Dixie is a quick walk so we had everything we needed. Outlets literally across the street for some retail therapy. Comfy beds. The kitchen is a bit dated but served it’s purpose. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work but there are plenty of ice trays. Definitely a place to stay if you love the beach. The balcony overlooks the beach and waking up to the sound of the waves is magic. I highly recommend.
