Was advertised as a full 6 bedroom property, There was 2 bunkrooms, one that was located within the backdoor...all that went out to the pool had to go in and out of the bunk room. The other downstairs bed room was ill equipped with a bed that had a prefab bed frame that was completely exposed...Not even concealed with a bed skirt. Looked like something in an army barracks.Not to mention both the first floor bedroom and bunk room beds were full of sand and hair, it was evident that they had been used prior to our arrival. We had to wash sheets before these beds could be used by us. The bedspreads appeared not to have been changed or washed for sometime, and in my opinion was a bio hazard, Property management did respond the next morning.

If you have kids with you, this is your place!

We had such a great time at Pearl by the Sea. The beach volleyball court and pool made the backyard the hangout! The home was so clean and looked like it looks online. The location was perfect! And, the communication with the management group was absolutely awesome! I will use them again and again.

Excellent location for a family reunion

Location and amenities of the property are perfect. The pool and volleyball court in the back yard were an excellent touch. For a multi-family trip visiting the Destin/Miramar beach are this place is awesome!

Beautiful property

We stayed for 4 days. House was clean and suited our needs. Beautiful property within steps of the beach. We enjoyed the private pool and grill. We had plenty of space, towels and dishes. The only downfalls was it could use a better coffee pot. We did find it strange at an VBRO that there were no spices, aluminum foil and left over extras. But we figured it out before we went to the store, so it wasnt big deal, but its always nice.

Definitely some good things about this property. Location is fantastic. Size is great. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of bath towels. We had quite a few mishaps during the week. Leaking from ceiling appears to be a known problems as many patches to ceiling. Called and they came out and stopped the leak. Something with air conditioner. The pool hose sprung a leak. Called and they came out and fixed it. Found what appeared to be cockroaches on first and second floor. Did notify them and sent a picture. Said they would come out but I cannot verify that as we left the next day. The couches are showing wear and the recliners are difficult to open and close. The ice maker did not make much ice. Easy fix, we just purchases bags of ice. The floor needs to be cleaned better. It looks clean but the babies feet were very dirty after walking barefoot within the house. Mattresses relatively comfortable but loud when rolling over. Not a bad place at all it’s just needs some extra TLC to make it amazing.

The location was amazing, and the sand volleyball court was a great amenity! We had some issues with the pool heat, but management fixed it fairly quickly. Overall I would recommend this property.

Great house, location and team

We had three families (kids from 2-20) staying. Everyone was able to fit snugly. The place is well set-up for large groups (big table, lots of chairs and stools). The backyard volleyball net and pool (heated in the winter) were perfect to keep everyone busy and active, and the beach is just across the street.The only issue was the temperature was a little harder to control downstairs with only the one unit upstairs. That’s being nitpicky.

Clean, spacious, and in a walkable neighborhood

We loved staying here! A group of 3 parents, and kids ranging in age from 12 to 20. The house is clean, spacious, and fully furnished. The washer and dryer are on the first floor, right off the kitchen. Perfect for throwing beach towels right into the without having to carry to another level! Kitchen is decently stocked and provided everything we needed - even a colander. Plenty of basics (cups, plates, silverware.) This home location was fantastic and had easy beach access- just a short walk. It was also EASILY walkable to many restaurants, tourist shops, and grocery store. Lots of shopping that was also walkable. The property managers were incredibly QUICK to have anything addressed. The only 'con' was that the 1st floor bunkbed bedroom has the only door that provides direct access to the pool. So you have to walk through this bedroom to get to the pool, unless you walk out the front door and walk around the house. That wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but if I was splitting this with another family, it could have been a dealbreaker. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay in this house and would recommend it!
