Danielle was a great help with the property management questions. The condo was fully equipped and very clean! It was so convenient to the beach and Baytown Warf which the children enjoyed emensley and the 6 seater golf cart was the icing on the cake! Thank you also for the early check in and beach chairs and sand toys that were available!

Beautiful home. Very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negatives for us were, first there are no grill. Second, the mattress in master bedroom was very uncomfortable. Probably needs to be replaced. We enjoyed the cart to get around. We still would recommend this property..

Beautiful tropical well landscaped property and pools! Our home was up scale beach themed and very clean. We had plenty of space for 7 of us. Swimming pool very clean and located a few steps from the front door.A brand new golf cart made trips to beach and the wharf easy and fun. Reason for 4 stars is that the beach front is small for so many properties. Literally no place to put your towel or chair. The beach chair/umbrella rental from Sandestin Resort was over 100/day.We opted to visit a state park beach nearby with free entry. We made great use of the pool behind our townhome and it was amazing! Never crowded and always clean!

Thirsty Turtle is a beautiful condo! It is very comfortable and located close to a community pool. The amenities are new and the beds are all comfortable as well. The large dining table provides a nice place to have family/group meals or game time. The patio (overlooking the pool) is spacious and also a good place to hang out. The included golf cart (extra charge) is super convenient for getting around the property. RealJoy (management company) is very responsive and also a good resource for info of places to eat and activities in the area. There were some minor issues that RealJoy addressed quickly and seamlessly. If you are looking for a place for a large group (we were 9 people), this is the place.

5 Stars! Extremely well maintained condo!

The condo was in fantastic shape, extremely clean, and very comfortable for our family of 5. The best vacation rental I have ever stayed at, hands down— kitchen was fully stocked, everything was in great shape, and all the amenities were delightful. Management was easy to work with and even let us check in early! Would absolutely stay at this home or any other RealJoy managed home again.

Great location for families!

Family of 6 - great neighborhood. Felt so safe and the beach was great. Highly recommend getting the golf cart if you plan to visit Baytowne or the beach - so convenient and easy to find parking. Management company was super responsive to needs in the property but had an issue with the golf cart and never heard back about it so we didn’t get to use it our last day which was a bummer. Overall though, would stay here again and recommend to others!

Beach and Golf Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the Thirsty Turtle property! It was really spacious and quiet, the pool was right behind us and the golf cart included made getting back and forth from the beach easy and enjoyable! I was able to play the Links course during our stay, but look forward to playing the other 3 courses during a future stay at this property!

Great stay, home was beautiful. Looks exactly like pictures. Listing says 4 bedrooms but it's a 3 bed with loft with beds, however in the description it explains. Nevertheless this was great stay and great location. Will rebook.

Destination Wedding Guests

We came to the area for a destination wedding weekend and had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect as the wedding was on the beach at the Hilton. It was a short drive with the golf cart! We also enjoyed all the options for meals close by. Had we been there longer I would have taken advantage of the shopping opportunities too. The home was fabulous! Everything was clean. The decor was lovely and minimal, yet there were a few extra touches to make it feel homey. Sitting on the patio was nice and we enjoyed having a few of the pool, which was not too busy given the season. I would absolutely stay there again. It was so easy checking in as well as out.

Golf cart is not included!

We’ve always rented places with golf carts, but somehow we “missed” the fact that the cart is an extra charge for the week. So, we ended up forking over several hundred more dollars after we arrived to get something that was prominently featured in the pictures. Disappointing. When we finally got the golf cart, the tires were badly under-inflated, but we were able to air them up at the marina’s bicycle rental site. Twice, the aged battery nearly left us stranded with its depleted range. The 2nd time, we literally pushed it a short distance back to the charger at the condo. About the condo, the 2 renovated bathrooms were excellent! Kitchen was nicely equipped as well. The master bedroom mattress is shot and needs to be replaced. The screened porch is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks.
