The first floor features the main living area, kitchen, dining space, and beachfront deck. Chic coastal décor complements the stunning scenery, while a large sectional with a queen sleeper sofa, bench seating, flat-screen TV, and cozy fireplace creates the perfect place to unwind.

The open layout allows guests to flow easily between spaces while enjoying the view. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a stylish backsplash, and a breakfast bar seating three. Nearby, a farmhouse dining table with booth seating accommodates large family meals and celebrations.

Beautiful home. Perfect for our family with a Million Dollar view. The house however needs some much needed TLC. However, with that being said, we would rent it again for our next trip and also recommend to others.

Great house!

We had a great time at Dolphin Watch. The water is clear and calm, the beach is powdery white sand. Absolutely gorgeous. The house was perfect for us, with two primary bedrooms and a loft bedroom for our teenager. Having the golf cart was awesome too! Host was very responsive and kind when we had a question. Can’t say enough good things about this vacation!

Dolphins

On the beautiful beach as advertised. Lots of deck furniture to relax. Perfect views even saw dolphins some days. Kitchen well stocked with plates and glasses but had to buy paper towels and toilet paper. BBQ grill had gas but starter did not work and it flamed a lot. Probably need a new one. One large cockroach in bedroom. Bikes are great.

Incredible view

We had a wonderful winter beach vacation. The view from the deck was perfect for sunrise and sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living area was spacious. The linens were very soft!!

Great place to stay! Views are incredible, the house is comfortable, homey. Everything you need is there, except pot holders, lol. We didn’t find them anyway. Right on the beach, your own little piece of beach. We went Labor Day week, not crowded at all. Best place we’ve stayed in years! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of room if you have a group. Hopefully we will be back!

Perfect family get away

Dolphin Watch was truly the perfect setting for our family get away. My Sister, my husband and myself, wanted to give our aging parents a wonderful family vacation that was easy going and steps to the beach. My Mom is visually impaired and Dolphin Watch could not have been closer to the beach and water for her! She was able to see enough and while the stairs are a tad steep going down from the deck to the beach, they are sturdy and well laid out. Little one and aging family may need an extra hand getting up and down, but again, it's well laid out. The house is a cozy beach themed cottage, with direct walk out into your own private beach. The views were top notch, and the daily beach chairs and umbrella set up for 4 people was perfect! We had a 5th person, so just talked to the guy setting up our chairs and he added us one more chair as needed. The house had everything we could need, and we never saw a bug in site. Coming from Texas with loads of mosquitoes, that was impressive! The house is a great location. Close enough to walk to a restaurant or two (Captin Dave's is great fyi), and we rented a golf cart through them to have easy access to coffee and such without driving our big SUV (Bad Ass Hawaiian Coffee is AMAZING! Give them a try!). Overall our stay with Dolphin Watch was perfect. The house was clean, the owners very prompt to help with any hiccups, and they even gave us great restaurant suggestions (go to Boschamps!!!). We will be back for sure!!!

We really loved the location and the fact that we had a private beach. The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 couples. We were hoping this could be a place we would book every year. Unfortunately the roaches were so bad that we just aren’t sure about returning. Within 4 hours of arriving, roaches had gotten into our food and we had to throw it. I contacted the owner on Saturday and she finally replied on Monday. Pest control was sent out on Tuesday. The roaches became worse! They would crawl on the wall behind stove while cooking. They were on handle to ice box. They crawled on one of our arms while eating at snack bar. It was bad! We never saw any upstairs. We had to keep our food in ziplocks. So much had to be thrown away. We ate majority of our meals on the patio which was a nice big spot to relax on. Hopefully they get the roach problem under control because we really liked the area/house.

Dolphin Watch Beach house with private beach

the house was great with 3 master bedrooms with own bathrooms. Open floor plan on the main level, great decks covered and uncovered with lots of seating. Great beach and had chair and umbrella service everyday. Very quiet area. Would come back again.

Needs more then one roll of TP per bathroom. Would be nice to have at least a couple rolls of paper towels and needs more kitchen utensils. Also pump hand soap. Wine opener is broken. Lights above kitchen island are filthy. Definitely needs a deep cleaning and a few other things added for the price you pay. Would be nice to get beach chairs set up for the number of people that were staying in home instead of paying an additional $175 fee. That being said, location on beach is amazing. Awesome to wake up every morning to a beautiful beach.

The house and location are great. It was right on the beach- one goes down the deck steps and you are on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas on a private stretch of beautiful sand is wonderful. We had a great time.

Our stay was wonderful! Property is literally steps from the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean and lots of dolphin sightings! House was adequately stocked however be sure to bring your own tp and other paper goods as there is just enough to get you through the first day or so! Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Stove is complicated and cooks hot so cooks be vigilant! Overall, spectacular beach house!!!!

House was very nice and we were ready for a perfect stay on this beach front property. That is why we didn’t mind paying more. The water was beautiful and the rooms were clean for the most part. Not everything was working but the property manager was a call away and very helpful. Overall, the family had a great time.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dolphin watch. The house was perfect and fully stocked with anything we needed. We loved the location and view! The small beach under the deck was perfect for small kids. We will be staying here again and would absolutely recommend to anyone!!
