My review based on horrible and missable sleep for 7 night stay. The bed very was uncomfortable and made my body hurt, pillows are turning hard like a rock after laying on it for 1 hour or so. It hurts head, numbness in the arms its very bad. Also tried to go to the pool to swim and had to run off upset because it was stinky like rotten eggs and the water was slimy:( I would never stay again at this place or recommend to anyone. We travel 2 weeks of every month and staying at hotels, this is definitely was a bad pick.

The area is beautiful and the hotel is well kept. The pool area smells like sulfur so we didn't use it like we had expected we would. We did have an issue with our stay that we had never experienced before, so I was surprised a hotel of this caliber in this area would have this issue. We needed more towels so we called at 6am requesting some be delivered anytime in the morning before noon. The front desk assured they'd be in our room by then since house keeping wasn't there at 6am. We understood. At 1:00 we got to our room to get ready from being at the beach all morning. No towels had been delivered. We called the front desk, spoke to the same person. She ensured they'd be delivered in 2 minutes. 25 minutes later I went down to the front desk while my husband stayed at the room. I told her why I was there and she left a message with housekeeping. I explained I'd like to stay and wait to ensure towels are delivered. Ten minutes later they had been delivered. I understand things happen, but having to ask three times in one day for fresh towels, is strange and inconvenient. :) Additionally, we missed our lunch reservation because we were waiting for towels. That was frustrating, but didn't ruin the stay. It just put a bad taste on whether we would stay again. We were looking to come again in December. I hope they figure out this type of communication issue so others can put a five star review in the future. I do want to reiterate the staff was friendly.
