This was our family’s first Thanksgiving get-a-way and it was nothing short of AMAZING!! The house was beautiful inside and out. It had a cozy and comfortable feel about it. There were no stones left unturned. Great location!! Can’t wait to return!

Plenty of rooms. Very clean upon arrival. Love the shade of palm trees in back yard. Pet friendly. Patio lights at night. Love large pantry. King beds for all adults with sturdy wooden bunch beds with covered ceiling fans. Wonderful stay for our entire family of 15!!

The hiuse was great, loved the pool and ease of useing the golf cart. Only downfall is the different crews showing up and just barging through the gates without letting someone know they are there first. The house and area are wonderful and we had a re a l good time.

Best rental ever!

Our family loved this place. It was perfectly clean and we loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. We had 9 adults and 4 children and we had so much room! We were grateful that it was so clean and tidy. There is a ton of things to do in the neighborhood, even within walking distance. There were 2 washers and dryers, so we all could wash when we needed to. The pool was wonderful and we liked the fenced in yard. We paid to have it heated and were glad we did. The property included pool toys and a wagon to transport things to the beach. There were plenty of pots and pans and glasses and lots of silverware. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels as well. This house is so comfortable and it seemed like all our needs were thought of in advance and provided for. We appreciated the box of toiletries in each bathroom. Any problem we encountered was immediately addressed and the company reached out to make sure we were comfortable and that we didn't need anything. We rent a house each year, and this was our favorite one. I thought the cleaning fee was high but was happy that it was spotless when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

Family Christmas in Florida

We felt so blessed to be able to spend Christmas with our family in this beautiful home. We had 13 people, from ages 12 to 83. Everyone was comfortable with their own space and privacy. Our seniors were able to stay on the 1st floor without having to use stairs. The house is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. 5 stars for cleanliness, comfort, safety, and location. It was a bit too cold for the pool for our family but the pool area is perfect as well. We definitely want to return to this home in warmer months!

This house was a perfect place for our group of 15. The house accommodated all of us very well. We ranged in ages from 2 to 62. Each bedroom has their own bathroom with rooms providing the option for standup showers or a bathtub. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook and store food for leftovers. There is a coffee pot, Keurig, small air fryer, crock pot, blender and toaster to meet all your needs. The location is great and the access to the private beach is perfect. Only downside to the private beach is you cannot bring your own tent. You have to rent the umbrellas on the beach per the HOA. You are in walking distance to coffee and a winery, or you can take the golf cart. Truly a beautiful home and the perfect place to gather with friends and family.

Family Fun

I have always been skeptical about reviews because some are amazing than a few days or weeks later they are the worse. This house will not disappoint. There were 17 of us from 1 1/2 to 70. Every bedroom had an incredible comfy king size bed and there own bathroom. The 2 bunk rooms also had great beds. The golf cart was a plus. The private beach you can walk to unless you need to bring beach things and small children but close enough to make trips with golf cart. Amazing places to eat close by that you could walk to. We had more than enough space. Huge TV’s everywhere. Outside pool was a good size for us and we used it everyday. My Haven was amazing. We had minor things and they were right there. The only thing I would ask is the outside TV did not work at all. Since we spent so much time outside that would have been nice. They did measure for a new one but wasn’t installed before we left. Also one thing you cannot bring canopies, tents to the private beach which of course we would have liked to use with the little ones but you can at the public beaches. We had the best time altogether. Hope you do to.

Perfect Home!

This was the perfect home for our time in Miramar Beach! We were there for my daughter’s wedding and needed a place to accommodate adults to include some members of the wedding party. Everything about this home was just what we needed. The large spacious bedrooms with king size beds was a game changer for us. Every bedroom, including the bunk rooms had their own bathrooms. A house like this was hard to find. We will definitely return again for another vacation. Thank you!

Great House and Location!

The owner has done a great job of stocking this house with beach/pool toys and floats The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of dishes and other misc appliances. The house was plenty big for our large family (16 of us) and the neighborhood was peaceful and very well maintained. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others looking in the area. Management was great and fast to respond.

Overall, this house was wonderful! It was clean and neat. There are plenty of bedrooms that accommodates people at various ages. Pool set up is fun and relaxing. We enjoyed everything about this house!! My only suggestion would be to purchase different types of pillows for the bedrooms.

Incredible Vacation Home!

This home was incredibly beautiful, well-appointed, decorated, comfortable, spacious, and everything we wanted in a vacation rental. It was close to the beach, in a gated community, and we loved the feel of the Miramar Beach area. The management company was able to answer all of my questions and deliver on all of my requests promptly and professionally. The included golf cart was so much fun-- a nice addition to the property. I cannot say enough good things about this home, area, or owners-- we want to come back!

This house was everything we wanted when searching for a place to celebrate an 80th birthday with family. The house was immaculate and communication was always answered within minutes. Great location, close to so many things and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Trip!

It was our family’s first time visiting Miramar Beach area and our accommodations did not disappoint! The house was great and we had plenty of room inside and outside. The pool was a big hit and enjoyed by all. We appreciated the stocked kitchen as it had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house was situated just a few blocks from the beach and the private entrance was conveniently located. Let’s Flamingle suited our needs and worked out perfectly!

Beautiful home

We were the first to stay in this house and it was excellent. The neighborhood is nice and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are close too. Also highly recommend renting a golf cart to cruise the area.
