The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. It was a little tight in the toilet shower room. Otherwise spacious room. Pool and hot tub was great for the kids. The pantry store was convenient but expensive. The breakfast was a little bit of a let down. Good options but the food was cold besides the eggs. So the warmers weren’t working properly. There was also ants all over the coffee/creamer station. Otherwise the stay was good.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Rooms are super cute and the beds are so comfortable. Loved it. Breakfast was great. Easy check in and check out. Will for sure stay here everytime we are in KC which is once a month.

Staff didn’t seem very helpful. No extra towels provided until following morning with a housekeep request. No ability to print out a receipt even if it’s a zero balance. Building is in desperate need of renovation and seems like owners are cutting corners. These weirdos are still holding my incidental charge and I checked out a week ago! Stay here at your own risk. It’s was just way too weird of an experience for me.

The hotel was amazing.We stayed 3 nights.The breakfast every morning was fantastic and filling.The staff was kind and helpful.The rooms were very nice and EXTREMELY CLEAN!! Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Staff were pleasant; breakfast was good. First room - ac wouldn't turn on then a leak developed in a ceiling grate, dripping on the floor at 3am. Not their fault but second room the ac wouldn't turn off and blasted high all night long. Are they doing appropriate maintenance?

Staff was overall nice. Our room was very nice. Only drawback was the toilet. It didn’t seem to have a lot of water pressure. But overall would recommend staying here!
