We were travelling with young child, we arrived after 9pm and there was no hot water, though they were working towards resolving the issue. The next day I requested a partial refund (I paid over $200 for this outdated place) and the front desk person said I should have waited till 11pm!! Well, see, most children won't last till 11pm, especially after a day of hiking. Avoid this place.

The toilet would not flush. The sink extremely slow to drain. The ac unit went off and on frequently. The floor was extremely slanted so refrigerator would nit run properly and bathroom door blocked ac unit. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

I think I may have gotten bed bugs here. The sheets didn’t seem clean. The floor was not carpeted & it felt like staying in a seedy nursing home. We didn’t feel comfortable.

This property is a little older, but well kept. The room was neet and clean. Maid service was good, except they forgot to refresh the coffee set up. It was frustrating as there was no phone to call the front desk to ask for replacements. The ice machine for the property was broken, but a large bucket of ice had been provided. Overall, a very good stay.

We love the location of this motel & each room has own parking spot, also an area to hang out/bbq. We missed the convenient continental breakfast, looks like new owners since our last visit so now only coffee.

The laundry room is outdated and dirty. Trash needs picked up on property and weeds cut. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Room was nice except shower was either too hot or too cold. Could not adjust.

Basic functional hotel in a tourist town

The hotel was okay for a tourist town. The bed was average. There was a refrigerator with small freezer and a microwave. The shower worked. Never turned on the Tv. Was able to walk to several places. In a room near me some woman was yelling at a man in a non-English language two nights in a row. Might have been staff / owner not a guest based on location. had an assigned parking spot around back but that was fine. Door to room stuck so once I realized the issue I had to put down what I was carrying and use both hands to coordinate door opening. But every thing did mostly work, just a little awkward and basic.

Moab Adventure 3 Sisters Bucketlist

The room has no closet to hang your clothes, put shoes etc away. Nice little Inn, the rooms are clean. The grounds are cluttered with litter, walkways dried paint, hoses left on the walkway to the office.

Nice location, recently renovated rooms, several tables and chairs under shade trees with a couple of BBQ’s if you want to cook your own dinner. Several good restaurants within easy walking distance.

It was a super close and convenient drive to Arches. The front desk person was very accommodating and gave me a different room with a parking spot that would accommodate my huge rental vehicle, which I really appreciated. There’s a cute lawn area in front with trees and grass and tables where I sat and played ukulele and enjoyed myself during the evening. Would stay here overnight again.

We stayed here because it was inexpensive and we only needed it for one night. It was good enough for that. If we were staying longer, I wouldn't have stayed here. Very dated and, honestly, a bit creepy.

Reasonable motel

Adventure Inn is dated and the outside decor/grounds need tidying up. However our room was very spacious, with a table and two chairs, good sized bathroom and clean. It is in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

When I booked one year in advance fully paid upon booking non refundable for Easter Jeep Safari it says free breakfast. When we checked in they stopped giving free breakfast with room. The laundry cost $3.50 for washer and dryer and machine broken. Problem with shower hot water. I’m not going back here bad experience. We checked out one day early and called Expedia for refund mainly for no breakfast that’s why we left early to move to another hotel. No money back… this hotel only wants to get my money.
