The Space:

Had a long day in Arches or Canyonlands? Come relax in your updated retreat located in the heart of Moab.



Rest your muscles by taking a dip in the courtyard hot tub, grill out, hang by the fire pit, or simply kick up your feet, watch a movie and relax in the AC.



Purple Sage Flats 3 is located on the second level and sleeps up to 4 people. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the sleeping alcove in the living room.



There is plenty of bike storage in the back courtyard, and laundry facilities that you can use at no extra cost.



Guest Access:

You will enjoy convenient and secure access to the unit thanks to our keyless entry system. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience



The Neighborhood:

We are located three block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.



Other Things to Note:

Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.

Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, it is fully emptied and deep cleaned every Sunday morning.

Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Monday.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Daughters of Utah Pioneers Museum. 1 hot tub and laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the condo.

Purple Sage is in a great location to access all the surrounding recreation AND walk to dinner. The bike storage was secure and easily accessible and the hot tub was well maintained. The unit was very clean and comfortable, the compact kitchen perfect for breakfast and fast meals. Also, communication with the landlord. was easy and timely. All good!

Great little place

This was a great little place to stay! It was clean, comfortable and accurately described. The property is well maintained and easy to find. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the outside amenities in the middle of winter but it looked like a great place to hang out. The hosts were informative and kind and I would highly recommend staying here. I would definitely stay here again

Great place to call home in Moab

What a great space to use as a jumping off point for all your Moab adventures. Clean and comfortable. Great communication with the host. Easy check-in instructions. Private, quiet area with a walkable proximity to everything you want to do in downtown Moab. Easy street parking as well. I felt like I had my own apartment in town. That's really what I look for when I travel. Hope to make it back some day soon. Thanks again!
