New property, staff is trying. Free breakfast was worth what we paid for it. Close to the reasons why we came to Moab — proximity to the national Parks and other attractions. Clean and neat but staff failed to clean our room one day. Pool and hot tub are excellent.

Great hotel. Okan was such a great guy in helping with our reservation. Upgraded me to top floor always presented us with smile and always attentive. You don't find that anymore these days. Dinner was great. Pool and spa was excellent. Other guests there were so super friendly. I will definitely recommend this to other people and will stay here again .

My husband and I had dinner and cocktails at the hotel bar. Our cocktails were refreshing and our dinner choices of carne asada tacos with lime rice and fish and chips was delicious! Thank you to Okan and Sadik for the perfect service and delicious desert recommendation! We had a blast and wish we would have gone to the bar our first night of a two night stay! Hyatt should be proud of there two wonderful, enthusiastic hosts! What a wonderful place to stay!!!!
