The home features three comfortable bedrooms downstairs plus an upstairs loft suite with its own living area, cable TV, and kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, and small fridge—perfect for families traveling together or large groups who want extra space and flexibility. After a day of hiking, biking, or exploring, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or relax in the modern living space.

• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (guest expense)
PET RULES: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only 1 dog is allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)
Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
