The only thing we didn’t like is the upstairs their kids were running in the room til about midnight I called staff and it never stop they were rattling the ceiling it was so bad

The hotel is comfortable and clean rooms but housekeeping started beating at our door at 7am to say we were on check out list. I told them i knew and check out is at 11. They then asked if we could leave before then.
