The house was not in great shape. The floors were buckled in one of the bedrooms, the light above the dining room table could only be turned off by unscrewing the lightbulbs. The carpet in one bedroom was gross. The chain lock on the front door was broken. The kitchen was hardly stocked with the needed dishes, certainly not equipped for any cooking, which was a shame since we had the place for an entire week. The couches in the living room were horribly uncomfortable - one you felt like you sunk to the floor and the other you felt like you were sitting on concrete. No ceiling fans upstairs and the air circulation was awful. We had to purchase fans for it to be bearable. We reached out to property management, and they responded and said they would look into the air and then we never heard back. It was August in Mobile, so we get that it was hot. No mirrors in the bedrooms so you had to use the mirrors in the living room or bathroom to put on makeup. With 8 women- that was tough. The ceiling in the downstair bathroom was falling down. I could go on and on...
