Had a fall in your handicap room shower. Tile was very slippery after I turned water on. Asked front desk receptionist to make an incident report and was told “oh sorry that happened, but have a great day” Was very unhappy with the way that was handled. If I continue in this pain. I will go to hospital and have an X-ray done. Your employees should be better trained for such incidents. I’ve always loved staying at your hotels, but will not be back to this hotel.

I had a roach jump on me while watching tv. Got up in the middle of the night a roaches were crawling on the walls. The place was horrible a real dump. Bathroom was just as bad, no shower curtain when we checked in. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!
