To maintain a clean environment for all, we kindly ask that you promptly pick up any droppings; failure to do so may result in extra cleaning charges. If your pet tends to shed, please be mindful and avoid allowing them on the furnishings, as cleaning of certain fabrics can be time-consuming and costly. We also host guests with allergies, so thorough cleaning after pets is a top priority.
☞ Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.
☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.
