Pretty big condo style apartment with basic utilities. Buses in the area stops early so if you need to come back to the hotel after 8pm be ready to walk a long trek (from the train station) or to pay extra for a taxi. It is located in a residential area so there are no activities and few restaurants. However there is a grocercy store not too far. The access is secured and the host was super friendly. The local hotel fees was not the price indicated on the listing of the app. I cannot tell as of right now where the mistake is.
