Though part of a duplex, the cottage offers plenty of privacy with its own driveway, separate entrances, and a natural screen of trees and shrubs between the two homes. A full-time tenant resides next door, but the cottage itself is fully soundproofed, ensuring your stay is peaceful and undisturbed.
