Staff was fine. The room and bathrooms of both rooms smelled bad. The hot water for hot chocolate had black stuff in it. I had to pay for another room somewhere else due to not feeling satisfied with a Hikton facility.

Problems with the cable in the room, but I wasn’t too much of a big deal, but then this other issues that I do not care to discuss at this point that was about the room. The staff was nice though, but yes, there was definitely some problems with the room I would just leave it at that.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, smelled nice and was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and I slept great! The hotel was newly renovated and it shows. Breakfast was modest, but good. I highly recommend staying here, and I will be back!
