Villa Mojacasa is quietly situated in the countryside of Mojácar, within walking distance of bars and restaurants and just an 8-minute drive from the beach. The ground-floor home features 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and airco in the living area as well as in all the bedrooms.. Enjoy the spacious garden with a pool, multiple terraces, a chill-out area, and stunning views of Mojácar Pueblo and the surrounding mountains.

Villa Mojacasa is set in a landscaped garden of 2,500 m², a wonderful place to relax, dine al fresco, or simply enjoy the stunning views of Mojácar Pueblo and the magnificent mountains.

Everything is located on the ground floor and features an open-concept living/dining room with a gas fireplace and a comfortable sitting area with electric leather armchairs. You have access to Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth radio. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, etc., as well as a pantry.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The garden is surrounded by lemon, orange, and olive trees and cacti. Outside, there is a separate covered “playroom/chill-out/sitting area” with electricity and Wi-Fi, ideal for the children or for relaxing in peace.
