Insect nettings had a lot of gaps and oddly drilled to the windows. Washer/dryer area was smelly for some reason. Maybe something died in there. But kitchen was well stocked and excellent. Wildlife can be seen around the property at night, which was fun. Decent location for Aurora Australis spotting.
Cosy cabin with everything we needed.
Bathroom was a good size and the shower was hot.
We had an amazing view of hills and mountains in the distance from our kitchen window and veranda.
Ate at the nearby Mole Creek Hotel, great food!
Visited Trusnna sanctuary next door to us, would highly recommend this.
Great location for walks in the area.
A bit off the beaten track for our 2 day visit in the Cradle Mountain region but the drive was lovely albeit a tad windy. Comfortable cabin style accommodation offering everything we needed. A friendly pub in the village with local brews on tap.
Good place to stay. Beautiful view outside. Lambs walk outside of the room as well, just say hi to them, they are cute!
There are only a little supermarket nearby, but you can cook at the place. They even have airfryer, so it even easier to cook haha
Lovely cabin stay. Area was lovely and cabin was clean with a modern/rustic feel. Communication with the host was excellent. Visited various caves in the area and great access to Cradle Mountain National Park.
The cabins (at least on the outside) are a little tired. But they are very spacious, and very well equipped. Also very clean. There was 1 item we couldn't locate, but the owner was very quick to respond. The view across the valley to the tiers is wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The parking is a little tight close to the cabins (plenty further away) but the 3 large vehicles managed ok, just need to be conscious to park as courteously as possible.
Danni who cleaned the room was a kindred spirit.
Positive attitude. Assisting with any questions we asked about the tourist attractions, fuel and food requirements. Rooms were clean well equipped kitchen.
The only problem with our cabin was the amount of stairs leading up to the cabin, but that was a personal problem not theirs.
Great views.
