Seamless Arrival & Communication:

Standard Check-In & Late Arrivals: Our regular check-in window is between 15:00 and 20:00, but we are fully flexible! Because we proudly provide complimentary private transfers from Ukunda Airstrip, Mombasa Airport, or the SGR Train Station, late check-ins are absolutely accommodated. If your travel plans change or your flight is delayed, simply keep us updated in advance so our onsite team and driver can ensure a smooth, stress-free welcome!

Key Collection: Our onsite staff will personally greet you upon arrival, hand over your keys, and show you around the property.

Housekeeping & Amenities:

Fully Equipped: Your apartment is delivered pristine and clean, fully stocked with a modern kitchen, towels, toilet paper, and essential starters.

On-Demand Housekeeping: To respect your total privacy, daily cleaning is not automatic. However, housekeeping, fresh linens, and full laundry services are completely available upon request! To keep things completely effortless for you, our dedicated team handles all the laundry and washing machine use for you, simply coordinate with our staff to schedule a turnaround time that suits your needs.
