SEA VIEW APARTMENT: MONTECARLO MONACO COSTA AZZURRA NICE CANNES
POSITIONING: FANTASTIC ((as only 2 km from MONTECARLO)) .... principality famous throughout the world, where the individuals are the richest in the world, dream car, (a daily basis you will see Rolls Royce, Bentley, Bugatti, Pagani Zonda, Ferrari, Lamborghini, AstonMartin, Mc laren, AudiR8 Yacht fairytale, not that prices of property of millions and millions of euros.
LOCATION LOCATION: FANTASTIC ((EXCELLENT SEA VIEW)) the residence is 100 meters above sea level, 5 minutes walk, or about 250 meters of walking distance (descent / ascent) from the sea, so with excellent SEA VIEW . The residence has apartments with sea view, and many others no ', the one in question is WITH EXCEPTIONAL SEA VIEW. (and is on the 4th floor, the highest of its building) the best, with elevator.
BUILDING: POOR ((Good maintenance, in line with the date of construction of the building, 1983)) THE building is in trè lots, close together, but independent, each with 4 floors, with stairs and elevator. (There is a library room, table tennis, a small gym room, but opsolit equipment, a solarium terrace, a room with professional machines, laundry, coin laundry.) there is a non-large outdoor pool, but there is. The pool according to the weather conditions, is open from May to the end of September.
CLEANING: GOOD + ((Nell 'apartment are effectual cleaning a few hours before your arrival. You are asked to leave it in good condition, as you found it, obligated by 30 € at the reception they will do the cleaning of the residence staff at the end of your stay. )) during the stay if you want the cleaning (like hotel every day) ask the cost at the reception.
FURNISHINGS: ((minimalist furniture)) spartan, simple, but very clean, from 1983. Definitely the weak point of the residence. But more than offset by the points above and below listed. Not that only reason, very low cost, required for your holiday Remember that you will be close to (MONTECARLO) 2 Km
GARAGE: AVAILABLE WITH X LIFT AUTO ((Now needs to clarify that the morphology of the territory (Montecarlo and neighboring) arise on a slope of a mountain that descends to the sea ...... .This peculiarity in addition to having little space available for build, make the area exclusive. ((Clarified that, in this area a car park, a garage, costs more than one apartment in Italy)). The residence has available in the underground car parks, one for apartment, can be reached ((As usual in Monaco)) by putting your "AUTO" in a lift (Elevator) will get off a plane, or two, three, four, to depending on the plan / parking that assign you to the desk, leaving the elevator with your car, and you'll find the place, (parking garage type). If you do not appreciate the system, (but in those areas is use and Costume), no problem, free to place the car in the street, as in all seaside resorts. The access road to the residence on the right side has free parking, only 500 meters from the residence, there is the square of the Train Station (Italy / France) with free park. ((The elevator has the possibility of using up to 495 cm in length, and maximum 2. 000 kg)) in the substance (suv no) (no large Stationwagon).
BUS: in front of the 'entrance of the residence there is the bus stop of Bus No. 100 .. ask at reception the paper with times. (By bus you can easily go to Monte Carlo, only in Menton). 2 beautiful SEA BEACH: called / o (the Blu gulf) (Le Buse) ...... characterized by a wonderful and clean sea, the beach is mixed small, big stones, sometimes there is natural sand brought by the sea. On the beach (free) there is a service (summer, optional) rental sunbeds. Starting from the residence located 100 meters above the sea level, it easily goes down to the beach. About 3/5 minutes, on foot, a nice walk. The beach is large, or rather it is not a small cove, on the beach looking at the sea, on your left, you will see Liguria, on your right you will see MONTECARLO. ((So much to understand, on the distances: throwing you into the water and swimming to the right, in just TWO km ......... you will be swimming in Montecarlo.))
ARRIVAL: You will have to go to the Reception (09: 00-12: 30) (3.30 pm-6.30 pm) for the appropriate formalities, and to collect the keys. At the reception they speak: Italian, French, English. German, Spanish, they are usually very cardial and friendly. At the reception there are hundreds of brochures to be taken, with information of all kinds. Excursions, museums, restaurants, sports. Bike routes .... (Ofer also gg service before x morning to make you find the reception, if you order it, and paid, (Baguettette and croissants for your breakfast in the apartment). So you will not go out for bread and fresh croissants. The cost given the high value zone is about 1. Very low € 50 / each.
