This beautiful non-smoking apartment is located on the third floor (with elevator) of a luxury, secure residence. Located at the entrance to the town center, just steps away from the beaches and the Casino, it offers easy access and is not directly adjacent to traffic, providing peace and quiet. Its view of an exotic park and a glimpse of Fossan Beach will help you instantly feel like you're on vacation.
You are welcomed to check-in & check-out any day of the week upon APPOINTMENT ONLY. You can therefore avoid the usual Saturday traffic jams in France and/or enjoy better airfares. Although we are pretty flexible, we simply ask that you check-in between 4pm & 8pm. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time (mode of transport: plane, train, car) ASAP so we can set up the necessary appointment .
Ideal for 2 people, our approximately 60 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults + 1 child. From the floor-to-ceiling windows of the bedroom and living room, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of an exotic garden with a glimpse of Fossan Beach.
The separate bedroom welcomes you with:
- a large bed (king size, 180 x 200) and a walk-in closet.
- a fold-out child's bed allows a child to share the large bedroom.
It is important to specify the number of guests, as beds will be prepared upon arrival based on the number of guests who have been announced.
A small dressing room with a coat rack, shoe rack, and chest of drawers separates the bedroom from a small laundry room (washing machine, ironing board, and iron).
From the bedroom or living room, you access a balcony (shaded from the afternoon onwards) where two people can relax, enjoy a drink in the evening, or have a meal. Please note that the balcony and table cannot accommodate four or five guests.
The living room is comfortable and practical:
- A table that can seat five separates the open-plan kitchen and the living room.
- The sofa bed (new, 140x200) can accommodate two people.
The appartment is, of course, equipped with a TV (fiber) and free Wi-Fi.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven and microwave, 2 coffee machines (a Nespresso and a classic filter one), a kettle, and of course, all the dishes, pots, pans, etc. necessary for guests who wish to cook. For those who prefer not to cook, you'll be within walking distance of numerous restaurants serving a variety of specialties.
The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, and a bidet. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
To allow you to travel with light luggage, bed linens, shower and beach towels, as well as kitchen linens are provided. Likewise, to ensure your vacation remains relaxing and to avoid the hassle of cleaning at the end of your stay, a professional cleaning fee (apartment and linens) will be charged upon arrival. 2025 Rate: €130 (cash or French bank check).
To delight your taste buds, you'll only have to step outside the residence to find bakeries, banks, convenience stores, caterers, pizzerias, a butcher, and the famous Halles (market hall) where the local market is held daily.
If you are arriving by car and would like a private space in the residence's secure parking lot, please mention this when booking. This parking option is subject to a fee (price 2025: €10/day).
The train station and bus station are only a 5-10 minute walk away. Menton has an excellent public transportation system that easily connects you to all the surrounding towns and villages you might want to visit: Monaco, the medieval hilltop villages, and Italy.
To allow you to make the most of your vacation time, avoid traffic jams, and/or take advantage of the best-priced flights, admission is by appointment every day of the week, including Sundays, between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
