They have one room on the ground floor, and it's right next to the lobby and across from the elevators and pool area. Needless to say, it was quite loud and not ideal to stay in with my family.

I usually really like this hotel but on this particular trip, people were very loud and running up and down the halls of the hotel disturbingeveryone until well after midnight. Things like this happen and that's expected. I just expected management to take action for the comfort of the other guests.

Yes staff good. Room good. Only 2 cups in room. None bathroom. Really liked room darkening blinds. Nice bathroom.bed good. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Beautiful lobby eating area. Fine elevators. Appreciated parking garage. But since that required a fee, found it negative that there was no parking outside
