Appartamento in zona collinare, in casa ligure ristrutturata. Bella terrazza privata di 50 mq con pergola e scorcio di mare. Grande locale sala/cucina, una camera, 4 posti letto, bagno con doccia. Piscina condominiale. Distanza dal mare 10 minuti in auto e 20 minuti a piedi via sentiero. Belle passeggiate nei dintorni. 28 minuti di treno dalle Cinque Terre. Ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia!

Il parcheggio ha uno spazio dedicato al nostro appartamento. C'è una rampa di scale per accedere all'appartamento che è al primo piano. L'ingresso è nella grande sala con angolo cucina. Qui sul soppalco trovate un letto a due posti. Dalla sala si accede al balconcino e quindi alla terrazza di oltre 50mq con vista del bosco e su uno scorcio di mare. Sulla terrazza avete a vostra disposizione un grande tavolo sotto un grande bersò. Dalla sala si accede anche alla camera con letto matrimoniale e al bagno con lavatrice e ampia doccia

Libero utilizzo della piscina che è riservata a tutte le persone presenti nel condominio. Ci sono in totale 6 appartamenti ma raramente siamo tutti presenti. Ognuno ha un ombrellone e due sdraio e lettino a disposizione. I nostri sono indicati con il mio cognome "Farano".

Potremmo esserci io e mia moglie ad accogliervi, consegnarvi le chiavi e illustrarvi l'appartamento oppure una nostra amica che abita vicino
