Quatre chambres 3 salles de bain, mais le comtĂ© limite mes locations Ă  8 personnes. J'ai des jeux (ping-pong, baby-foot, trou Ă  maĂŻs, PS3, jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©, kayak) et le lac. Mon nouveau quai devrait ĂȘtre terminĂ© d'ici la fin mars. Je mets de nouveaux appareils (rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et cuisiniĂšre). J'espĂšre avoir un foyer au printemps. C'est un endroit conçu pour les vacances. La maison est proche de l'Ă©picerie et dispose d'une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau publique moins d'un mile. Venez profiter de votre Ă©tĂ©, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Perfect Lake House

We've been to SML several times for vacations that past few years and this was our favorite house for my husband, myself and our two young adult children. The location, the cozy great room to cook meals and watch movies every night, an equipped dock that had everything so we could spend several hours relaxing without a trip up to the house, the screened in porch that feels like you are in a tree house, the deer who visit throughout the day - all of it. The owners were extremely helpful from the beginning. We highly recommend this place.

Not a place for teenagers

The owners live there full time and only rent out the home twice a year. The neighbors in the red house were constantly complaining. They yelled at my 15 year old son for shooting fireworks. They said it upsets their dog. It was the week after July 4th. They complained about the teenagers riding the Jet Ski too close to their dock. They were 50 feet away at all times. Their boat was dry docked and we didn't do any harm to them or their property. My mom saw them taking pictures of us. Very creepy! They then told the owners everything and they will not rent to us again! I don't want to go back there anyways. My parents have rental property and I know how to treat someone's place with respect. We left it just as clean as we found it. We were on vacation and should not be expected to be recluses the entire week. If you are an older couple or you have a quiet family that stays inside this will be a great place for you! Definitely not the place for older children or teenagers!

Great Experience

The dock had been built on to and now included a larger surface and some shade which was fantastic. The home was clean, had plenty to do and lots of seating. It didn’t include linens which I didn’t realize until the week of, but otherwise was wonderful.

Lovely home

The house was in a very nice location close to local shopping. the view of the lake was fabulous.basement had nice game activities. Downstairs has a full refrigerators that is awesome for extra food. The layout of the house was open the dock was excellent. we had a most enjoyable vacation in this lovely Home.

Enjoyable

Nice property with great view if the lake. We enjoyed the amenities. Ping pong, foosball, kayaking and tubing in the lake. My 87 year old mom got around easily with handicap bar in master bath and step in shower. She also enjoyed watching the others enjoy the lake on the screened in porch. Only draw back was we needed to bring our own linens. John was very accommodating in helping us obtain sheets for the beds. If you like wildlife we saw deer and turkey's up close. This house is close to the grocery store and restaurants. That gave us time to just enjoy our family

Perfectly convenient

We were in town for an extended weekend to attend events around our niece's wedding. Not only did this lovely home fit our large family and two small dogs, but we were also able to visit with and entertain extended family. It was also restfully quiet at night. The owner was accommodating and friendly.

Work in progress here but not a bother for our stay, was not bad at all but not sure cleaning people the right choice. If staying and need to do any internet work will not be able to due to very low speed. Lovely location close enough to shops food etc. Nice place for boat and a wonderful lake with outstanding views.

Excellent!!!

The reservation process was seamless. John responded promptly with an abundance of information about the area, the house, and the extras available such as community pool access (free) and kayaks (small charge - way cheaper than renting from area businesses). He followed up a week and then a day prior to make sure we were on track and to answer any questions. The house was clean and perfect for our family: two adults, two college aged kids, a teen, and a tween - with sleeping room for three more to spare! Note: bedroom with futon and bunks with trundle is located in the basement. Conveniently, the third full bathroom is located next to this basement bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils/pots and pans, etc. There is a nice charcoal grill on the bottom patio that has a charcoal chimney starter. The screened in porch is wonderful for meals - morning or night! The dock is located in water deep enough to dock a boat, jump off of for swimming, and nearby coves are great for kayaking to fish and observe wildlife. We saw numerous turtles, fish, an otter, ducks (we fed off the dock), various birds, crayfish, and deer (right in the yard and while kayaking). The house is located toward the northern part of the lake just below the bridge () - in a perfect little cove - close enough to the main lake for easy access, but far enough to avoid heavy boating traffic. We would definitely rent this vacation house again. We loved it and had a wonderful vacation. In fact, our family deemed it our favorite vacation to date. There is so much to do here - boating, jet skiing, kayaking, swimming, fishing, etc., the house felt like home, and we could bring our small doggies! You won't be disappointed renting this place. It's a great vacation home for a reasonable price.
