It is not just a 210 m2 house, it is more than 3,373 m2 of exclusive land, without any other building within it, and a private lake. The house has three rooms, all with air conditioning, ceiling fan and wall fan, two full bathrooms and one powder room. Here you will have the possibility to cook or have someone prepare for you what you like the most. Drink a drink or juice sitting on the bench submerged in the pool, enjoy the landscape, the tropical animals, the sunset or enjoy a good bonfire or barbecue right next to the house in an exclusive space.

It is located in the only Private Complex in the area, which has an independent hotel and 24-hour surveillance.
On the beach, with more than fourteen kilometers to travel, you have a private kiosk, to enjoy the view, the warm water of the Caribbean and the warm sea breeze.

Within the rate for your comfort and depending on your availability, the pool maintenance service is provided every 3 days and every time there is a change of guests.
